Hopefully you're somewhat intrigued by this page, as it's one that you're not likely to find anywhere else! Herb dice are a form of divination which I 'created' myself. The concept was inspired whilst reading a book, and developed further until it became a reality.

The idea behind them is really quite simple. I love herbs, and love to grow and use them. So, what could be more ideal than using them to divine the future? Herbs have many and varied associations and meanings - some traditional, some more personal. My herb dice are simply two cubes of wood, carved with pictures of herbs which I've chosen for their meanings to me.

As they're still very new to me, I only had them made recently, they are still a little 'difficult' to use - I need to get the 'feel' of them more, but that will come with time and use. I can use them for a simple reading, using one dice; a more detailed reading using two; or even use three or four. The art is in the interpretation of which herbs are 'thrown', and how they interact with each other.
